Meet Jim, Your Real Estate Friend in Sun Valley
As a resident of the Sun Valley area since 1973 and a full time Realtor since 1990 I have a great feel of the past, vast knowledge of the present market and a strong idea of the future of our valley. My goal is to share that knowledge with each of my clients to optimize their lifestyle selection of living in the Wood River Valley.
On a more personal note I have been involved with mountain rescue for over 30 years. I was involved with construction for 18 years and still remodel homes as an investor and historical preservationist. I fished commercially in Alaska and still enjoy catch and release fly fishing throughout the valley. I am an avid hiker, skier, road and mountain biker, hunter, fisherman, gardener and still trying to figure out golf! I was a team leader for a group that raised money to design and construct a competition skate park and then donated it to the City of Hailey, which is still the gateway to the city and my wife, who owns Whiskey Jacques and I decided to rebuild after a catastrophic fire in 2008, to help move Ketchum forward through the housing recession in 2009.
I love the area I live in and will share the benefits of my history here with you the make your transition to the Wood River Valley seamless and enjoyable.

Jim patiently worked with us for over 3 years to find our forever home. We had intended on buying prior to moving to the Wood River Valley in 2015 and Jim showed us several houses. To whom it may concern; I have known Jim 'Q" Kuehn for a long 30+ year stretch going back to our construction days in the Wood River Valley. I had some modest success in the vacant land sales culminating in owning 2 city lots in Hailey, Idaho; free and clear.
